Final one. It was recovering at this point. I was above it on the deck, and it started to hop off to my left, so this was taken above and behind, tilted. Kinda gives me vertigo when I think about it. After this it took off with some flaps, then glided around the side of the house. Couldn't find it when I followed.

Okay, a friend online pointed it out to me. It's apparently a Northern Goshawk, immature. Thanks Kasuri! And thanks to everyone who tried. =)
