Honestly, I haven't decided. I'd assume that in the transition from wild skunks to their anthropomorphic forms, the need for super-potent spray would become of a concern, yet at the same time there would be no reason for them *not* to retain the same potency of chemical weapon... and then Dominic Mephitto is only part skunk, but his Skunkdog form is like a werewolf transformation so his attributes in this form are different than in his humanoid form...
Let's just agree that it's probably not a pleasant smell regardless, and not provoke him into spraying!
