My word, the shading on both of your latest artwork of Brittany and Gaston is magnificent!! Both are absolutely gorgeous pieces of art!! If it were possible, I'd hang these two on my walls, cause oh my goodness!! This looks so GORGEOUS!! ♥

easier said than done but you must learn to enjoy the process. don't feel like you have to rush. anyone who has the eye for it will naturally build a style over time, but it does take time. draw a lot. More than you think you need to.
