Hi guys.
I'm a day late, but here's my first JUVENILE JANUARY contribution, composed by Mark Mueller and originally performed by The Jets - as can be found on the Disney Afternoon album.
I saw this show (german: Chip & Chap) regularly at late afternoon in my childhood since we finally got a satelite dish in the mid 90s, when I competed for the TV with my parents, just before the evening news.
I know I'm a day late, but I found out too late that it was actually sunday that day, so I could only finish half of it yesterday.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did recording it and also watching it back then.
And if you haven't watched it, go for it. At least back then it was a blast. Really funny! =D
Software used: Ardour 6
Effect-Plugins used: ACE Compressor (mono & stereo, lots), Dragonfly Room Reverb, ACE Delay, Calf Equaliser 5 / 8 Band, Hard Limiter, Rubber Band Pitch Shifter (mono & stereo), Calf Deesser
Instrumental by: Иван Михайлов@Youtube
... some keychanges may be weird and a chorus is missing, but I liked it, because it sounded great and I ran with it. :3
All vocals by: me (female voice is also me, pitch-shifted + I improvised at the end.)
