I should have uploaded this one a long time ago. Another drawing--it's an avatar this time--by SlightlyMental K.B. of my character being all posing and threatening and stuff while sporting some truly wicked shades and testing the durability of his drum bangers. Guess they didn't stand up to the challenge. o..o

Nah, "it" is way too non-sentient. To be more specific, we need a "gender-neutral third-person singular pronoun". Apparently there is "ey/em", something called the Spivak pronoun (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spivak_pronoun), but it's never really caught on since there isn't enough generated interest in gender-neutral specification for it to be integrated into common usage. Now this is not to be confused with "sie/hir" which obviously has more hermaphroditic associations, especially within certain sexualized zones of certain fandoms that allow it and tend to be some of the only people who use it.

not entirely true, in the case of what was said about giving props to the artist, to say " tell them I loved the pic" the word works quite well in the form of a singular pro-noun, may not be grammatically correct, course I don't have quite the education you do in this subject, but it at least makes sense to most people
