Many moons ago a young prince was on a quest in search of power to better defend the kingdom. To do this he sought out a powerful magician.

  The magician then presented the Young Prince with a lamp with a wolf engraved on the side. The man said all the power you'll ever need is inside this lamp. Not knowing better the Young Prince rub the lamp and a burst of blue smoke appeared. before the prince could realize what was happening to gold cuffs had clamped around his wrists and the smoke began to surround his body.

  His skin became covered in blue fur as his ears disappeared and sprouted from his head, soon after a tail had appeared and his face began to reform into a muzzle. "What is happening to me!?" The prince shouted. The mage laughed "You're getting stronger and soon you'll have all the power in the universe at your finger tips". The young prince had transformed into a wolf. He couldnt believe his eyes. Was this really happening.

  Soon he noticed the bottom half of his body was turning into smoke and slowly begin to waft towards the lamp. "What is the meaning of this!?" The prince exclaimed. The mage then said " Oh I forgot to mention there was a catch, your powers can from that Lamp which means you are now tied to that lamp. "NO!" the prince yelled as he felt himself being pulled into the lamp. "It's a shame you came here seeking to defend the kingdom, now with your power I can overthrow it" the mage bellowed. "Damn you" said the prince as the rest of his body was turned to smoke and sucked into the lamp.

   As he laid on his mountain of pillows inside the lamp the prince swore that he would never be tricked again, he would be the trickster.

After the mages bidding had been done the genies lamp was cast aside and the prince left trapped to wait outside the boundaries of time, dormant. Until a lost and tired demon stumbled upon his lamp. As the skeptical Ace rubbed the Lamp, Valefor was awakened once again.
