"Go ahead. Call me a sewer rat. I DARE you..." -Oceti

The Ratongan people are often viewed upon with mistrust, being written off as nothing more than liars, cheaters, and thieves. For someone like Oceti, she gleefully embraces that truth. After all, if the entire world of Norrath looks at you and judges you as a cutthroat, why try and be anything else? Oceti didn't precisely have the best of upbringings, having been born and literally growing up in the sewers underneath Freeport. She has no loyalty to either the city of Qeynos or Freeport, and when the opportunity presented itself for her to steal a ship docked at Freeport, she did with gusto and took a whole crew of Ratongans with her. A true 'rags to riches' story one might say. Either that or simple and underhanded thievery and criminal activity. While Oceti is surprisingly deadly and very much capable of fighting her way through any foe regardless of size, she's often guarded by two Ratongan bruisers, named Tavi and Tiki, both of which are brothers. The two don't speak much but luckily Oceti doesn't have them around for talking, nor pay them to do so.

While I am not 100% well-versed in the lore of EQ2, it was a very fun game when I first played it, and I wanted to model my Ratonga girl!
