Yo look it up, apparently in some old manga they wrote Sonic being the alter ego of a furry boy named Nicky. I made some head canon doodles on how friends in comparison to how he writes them as in the world of Sonic.
Like most high school guys, I imagine Nicky’s friends are weirdly dynamic.
Knuckles being an angry hormonal kid who doesn’t get any girls, or is generally good at anything. I made him greasy looking to show this and translate how he has a complex of wanting to be better than Sonic in Sonic X.
Tails, the one tailed fox, is a socially inept scraggly kid that’s not really interested in being perceived well by others. He likes what he likes and that’s tech stuff.
Sonic as Nicky might be that other socially awkward friend that doesn’t really show interest in social situations, but chases thoughts in his head.
