I can tell that you were struggling with some of the really low parts, but it was still amazing to hear. I feel like you definitely did it justice.

Thank you! I was worried I wasn't giving enough emotion in those lower parts. I raised the key from F to G, and bringing it up more just distorted the track too much to use. I'm definitely glad to hear it didn't ruin the song!

More than 15 years ago I heard this song... or rather just music as a MIDI background for the first furry site I encountered. That is the moment I consider to be the beginning of my long road as a fur.
Today, after 15 years, that song still bring a tear to my eye, reminds me of the beginnings, of the past.
