"Service guarantees citicenship!"
Saw this massive recuitement poster for the armed forces today. Ever since military conscription was suspended in 2011 in favor of a professional army, the Bundeswehr has problems finding recuits. They introduced a volunteer military service, this is what this poster advertises, where you serve a year after school, but that doesn´t really fill the gap. Thats why you see more and more propaganda for the military, especially posters and ads on TV and the internet. I also just now noticed that the poster on the right is an information poster by the federal ministry of health. Is it worrying that I notice more and more information and propaganda posters by the state?

I got to admit of all the European armies I really like those Bundeswehr uniforms.
Was once able to pick up one of the parkas and a liner and I won't lie it was my favourite winter and autumn
coat and it got me through a good few years before I swapped it for and M65.
I really liked that parka, lots of pockets, but the hood was very large.
