Great cyberpunk feel to this! And very grimy ...a bit different than the usual beautiful scenery you guys do... But you did this well too! how versatile :D
I love the glowy green bits in that costume. Exposed white panties are going to get dirty fast in that place though, hehe. Maybe they are made of stain resistant synthetic fabric of the future!

Dhalia's panties are probably made of some amazing indestructible material that cannot be stained, torn, dissolved or incinerated. It probably is also an effective electric insulator and can serve as a barrier against biologic and radioactive hazards. Anything made on Mornecia is going to be tough!
