Drawn by the Aspartame-Scented Mercae/Stacy, another prize from WPAFW 06.
I asked originally to be drawn in a Soviet uniform. I didn't have any real good references, so she couldn't finish it, so... I went with Azumanga Daioh :D. Pose of Osaka, and hair of Chiyo off of two of the covers of the manga (I think).
