Given how much theloonerking loves Renamon and balloons, it seems very much like the kind of thing they would commission.
Aha thanks for the suggestion but I am fairly sure they did not. The next few commission posts are going to be similarly titled with a notice like that, and I suggest the commissioner comes forward in a note if they wish to make themselves known, but most commissioners follow me and will see these posts anyway soooooo leaving it up to them since I know some wanted to remain anonymous.
