I'm afraid this is the last one! Yeah, I know-- four matchups with no pictures. But I'm hoping to commission a few more when we reach the second round!

Awesome as always! I love it! But yes, they do look a lot friendlier than the others, hehe. ^^

Though... I don't think I created Erich Haber. I'm not really sure, but I think he might have already been there, and I kind of took the Firestorm and molded their team and consequently Haber. But I don't think I can take credit for creating him.

And like I replied in my other comment, Kemono did 4, I can try to do 4 too, if you want. I know they have to be done fast, since the matchup is upon us, but I can see if I can find a couple of spare hours to do it. That is if you don't mind.

I would love it if you'd make 4, JT! Yeah, unfortunately, this actually IS a time-sensitive thing. Part of the reason why I held the start of the playoffs back a week was so  o-kemono would have time to finish these before the playoffs began. But since the first Game 4 doesn't happen until next Sunday, there might be time to squeeze in a few more matchups before the winners are determined.

These all look freaking great! Mark my words, in due time I will provide some more info and such into the FBA as soon as I get the opportunity. :D

Thanks, XL! I'm really happy with how these came out. And it's so nice to see everyone enjoying them so much! I think stuff like this really helps the FBA come alive. And it's nice to be able to commission art pieces that have a bigger meaning inside the FBA storyline than just showing off characters.

Rouge is one of those players I expect to deliver awesome games this playoffs, is this the first time the Mudpuppies qualified?

Oh, hardly! Rouge is a regular in the playoffs. In fact, the reason for the "We meet again." tagline is because these two teams played against each other in the first round of last year's playoffs, too, when the Firestorm were again #3 and the Mudpuppies again #6.

The Mudpuppies are also one of the oldest teams in the FBA, being one of the original six created back in 1961. They won the title in 1967, 1971 and most recently in 1991. And in 2004, when Barton Rouge won MVP, the club made it to the Finals again, when they lost to the Bikers. So, the club is a regular in the playoffs, and one of the strongest teams in the FBA. They've just been waiting for another title for a long time.

Ah ok, the tagline mislead me a bit, because I know there's a few of the teams who are first-timers this year, sorry bout that
