I was drawing a new avatar... and... well... this happened.
I don't really need an excuse to draw Trick in bondage.

It does look pretty soft.
Unfortunately, between the angle that he's standing and the band on his snout, I was unable to show off any of his new colors. I really need to sit down and draw a new character sheet, so everyone can see what parts of him turned black.
We'll see if I can find time. :/

Heh, good to see a more regular flow of art again :)
The ropes look a little haphazard, and very flat texture wise, but that suits with the animated style you use. I love the detail in the irises, very nice.
I think it'd be more convincing if the collar was a bit tighter to the neck, and perhaps a bit of metal would bring the piece some detail. Too complicated isn't good, but too simple isn't good either, and you're on the cusp of the latter which is a very comfortable place to be, especially since you seem to be doing it intentionally with the slight definition of muscle through the fur (a good use of shading, I might add.)
It reminds me a little of Brain from Inspector Gadget, but at the same time it is uniquely you, and a very good show of your growing ability. Simpler than the battle last, but no less worth appreciation.

You know, I'm actually quite flattered. I didn't spend very long on this picture at all. It was supposed to be an avatar, after all, nothing more. I stole one of my old sketches that I never uploaded for his expression, inked it real quick, gave him shoulders, then ported it to PS. When I first tried cropping his face, however, I realized I didn't draw enough of his chest to get the frame I wanted, so I took it further, splashed some color and shading on real quick, played with the background for about 20 minutes, then called it done. :3
The ropes are intentionally haphazard. They were likely tied quickly, probably while he was struggling. They are intended to keep his arms and hands out of the way, and that's about it. He's probably been wearing them for awhile, and probably squirming a bit, and they aren't so tight as to cut off his blood, so they've risen a bit on his shoulders from when they were originally tied. ... um... I'm not speaking from experience or anything... >.> They probably do need more detail. I'm not even sure I bothered taking the time to give them some shading. You can see on the middle of his chest where I just shaded up right through the ropes like they weren't there. :x
You're right about his collar. It doesn't sit right on his neck. I don't like having it look too tight so as to be uncomfortable, but it looks too loose in the back to be convincing that it's hanging from his neck. I will admit I struggled with it a bit, trying to get it to look right. It was supposed to be leather or something... but it wound up looking like plastic. I didn't worry about it too much, because I figured it wouldn't matter when I shrunk it down to 100x100. As far as the avatar is concerned, I'm really pleased with how it turned out. :D
The band around his snout... I don't know why it's green. I don't even know what it is. I think I was originally thinking it should be like a clothy-style muzzle, like something soft. It looks like a green rubber band. Definitely should have been a different color. Oh well.
The shading was just a quick transparent layer of splashing darkness where I thought there should be darkness. I wasn't even sure it would show up. I guess I might be getting better at it, assuming a single fixed light source. :3
Haha, I think I remember that Brain and Penny both got tied up a lot in that show. :3
