Designing something connected with Atlantis sounds like so much fun! :D I love how intricate and richly-decorated this warrior's armor is - seashells and waves weave so seamlessly with other details of it. I even see wave patterns worked into the stonework and jars in the background! ;)
Though I should also note that this fellow's pure black eyes make him look creepy - definitely gives you a feeling that it's not your typical catfolk. :P Now to mention that vendor in the background that looks both hilarious and murderous! :D
