Saw this todays at the subwaystation Miquel-/Adickesallee/Polizeipräsidium. A train made up of two historic Siemens-Duewag U3 series cars, which were used by the Frankfurt U-Bahn between 1980 and 2017, painted in the historic ivory-orange livery of the 1970-1980s. Pretty rare to see these trains on track these days.

Thats the thing with russian technology, that shit is primitive and build to last. I think there are still some russian diesel locomotions in use at the german railway for heavy fright trains, they were originally deliverd to the east german railwayx in the 1970s. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DR_Class_130_family
