Folks can use whatever platform they enjoy the most. Our goal is to make a service so easy to use and enjoyable for the user that it will be hard to look back.

What the furry community needs is a one stop shop that excels at creativity, community and content.

Bare in mind the plague of undesirable is inevitable, no matter where you go.

Strict regulation is not my goal, it's actually the opposite. I greatly value freedom of expression.

The focus on on giving valued community members all the tools they need to create the best experience possible. If certain people don't like that, that's perfectly fine as we aren't going to silence them.

I really like the idea of that, I find too often art is very restricted and I personally enjoy more taboo art.

Now a days one minute you're proud of a highly detailed piece you made and the next twitter is down your throat trying to make you lose your job for every reason under the sun just for miss-tagging it or it being of something they're offended about for whatever bs reason :/

You're going to have to be very explicit with anyone who wants to advertise on your site that anything and everything goes. You really don't want an adpocalypse just when everything looks like it's finally going well

We are well aware that advertising and bank opportunities are going to be limited due to the nature of NSFW content being prominent and for allowing free speech. It's a necessary risk to make being in the furry community fun again.

In terms of investment, I would currently hold 100% of the shares being a sole investor. That also means I incur 100% of the risk/profits.

It would depend if someone sees potential in the platform and wishes to take part in it's ownership to help alleviate initial costs of development. I can comfortable cover it all out of pocket but seeing others making serious commitments would build further confidence.

Hear, hear. Regardless of the issue, picking one side to favor and repressing the other is no way to run a public platform of any kind. Freedom of thought and expression are basic human needs and rights. Criminalizing the discussion of opposing ideas is akin to totalitarianism.

How much are you paying for development work?

We're happy to negotiate fair rates per hour for development. It depends on what individual collaborators are willing to offer in terms of their time and how much they want to initially invest, or to simply treat it as commission.

Are there any other positions available besides devs? Translators or multilingual support?

Those types of positions will be in demand once it reaches an open beta state. Currently, we primarily just need core developers.

Can you guys make the option to filter out certain tags? Like if Im looking for any dog other than a husky. So I specify not to show anything with the tag husky?

A competent tagging system is one of our feature priorities. We plan to expand and innovate in regards to tagging to make finding the content you want easier than ever.

What are your plans for monetization? Will you be offering any sort of subscription-based supporter benefits et. al. to supplement ad revenue?

Would the previous animations be rescripted since Flash has been discontinued?

To be honest, there are already some good furry art galleries out there and they are much better then FA with functions but the problem is, they are all dead.. I don't know the exact reason but this is the truth.. so with a new one, what do you expect?
