The wax version of my soon-to-be metal badge. I am trying a new type of steel in this one, hopefully it will survive the casting process better, otherwise its back to the drawing board (or a government watch list for trying to order scraps of the steel used in nuclear centrifuges...which I am quite sure can take the heat). There is a stone on the collar and another in the eye, though you can't see it in this picture. The final piece will be bronze with all the other metals as accents.
