His job as the Guardian is to scan and protect the forest from threats of all kinds. A punk with a lit joint is a relatively minor threat compared to some things he may encounter in the future. Becoming a werebear was his first introduction to the reality of the supernatural. What else could be lurking in this thicket of trees?

This is the first illustration I've done of Curtis' wereform. I've tried to design werebeasts before and it is a bitch. I'm never satisfied. We'll see if this one sticks.

I've also attempted to do a series of illustrations depicting Curtis' transformation but after 3 completed drawings, I'm not sure if I can go through with it in it's current format. I may put what I have in scraps but I'm pretty sure no one would enjoy it since Curtis is about 1% transformed lol. He's basically just a regular dude - not an anthro. /shrug
