I'm late to the party, but there is truth to this! I just stumbled in so pardon me!

SO long story as short as possible. Since the 1920s (yes that early) ALL NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION was published and paid for by... welp big soda. By "big soda" I mean Coca-cola :"D. Following in their footsteps, a lot of other big companies (or corporations) also invested, because they had ulterior motives.

While milk from humans for human babies IS good for them, drinking milk into your teens and even your adult life actually has some nasty effects and can really fuck up your guts. The reason this is "now" information is not just due to internet/information being readily available, but also Biochemistry is still relatively new. Like 30-40 years new, if I'm being generous.

If you google it you'll find a LOT of information surfacing about stuff we conventionally thought was "good" for us, and also stuff we thought was bad. Biochemistry is like the wild west of sciences right now :"D!
