(16/1/2021 note: Kazura was supposed to be a Tanuki, but due to unexperience about them it had to be a Raccoon)

After a pretty long wait... Ladies and ge- (wait... thats boring now)

Well... Here we are with the first one that just left the party, Kazura!
Even when i wanted him to looks more of a Tanuki rather than a Raccoon, i had to leave him like this at the end... But that doesnt stop him from having the ability of being able to store stuff inside of his tail!

So, Kazura is a "Shinobi" that cant have a lot of his time free due to his training and school... He's also a amateur at "Air Bending" because he wants do master his movements first, so the things he can do with air are limited... But that doesnt keep him from being the worst rank shinobi of the "Niraki Clan" as he's a rank B- at throwing kunai's... But after he took a decision, he went to live somewhere near his school without leaving the honor of his clan... With this, there was nothing that could disturb both of his training and his school schedule...

Ability: Wind Bending
As said... Kazura's wind bending abilities are limited, but he took what's important for his training...
-Wind Step-
Lets him step or walk in midair... Unfortunally, he can do it twice before landing
-Wind of steel-
Kazura can enchant his Kunai with wind for deadly blows



He also has a pair of shoes if you want to put them in! (at a request of   lemurboy07 )

And of course he'll be very ticklish, but dont expect him to go easy if you dint improvised his bounds!
