I thought i'd submit this as a preview to the amazing 
malkyru .
Malky, You remember how I said I might redo my half of the trade? well, this is probably gonna be it, and the other stuff I drew will just be added perks, haha. xD Besides, it's the least I can do considering you make IK look like a celebrity with all the art you've made of her.

Let me know if I got everything right. Also, I'm really conflicted about how to proceed. the hind legs look smaller, but it could just be blamed on the angle. I can't really make much change unless more of his body is cropped out (This image literally covers a full sheet o' paper. x_x), or I could just leave it like it is. I'd like everyone's opinion on this, but ultimately i'm gonna listen to Malky.

Dude, the inking you're doing is SUPER NICE. You have such a great grasp of line weight. What kind of pen are you using???
And the angle is great, as well as the mood.
And omg his tongue XD
And the way you do his hands is ace.
And the eyeless socket looks good!
This only thing is that his feet are longer, and I draw them pretty big to balance the short legs out. I'd say they actually could almost fill the length of the bottom and left side edge of the paper considering the proportions you already have. You would just have the angle the lge down more.
Gawd, I feel like a nit-picky ass. You don't have to change it if it's too annoying. It really looks super sexy as is.

lol, if you want I can keep her in there! xD I just wasn't sure whether she'd be a mood killer, y'know? If you want her there, she can stay. Might erase the name, though. Unless you want that in there too? Lemme know; it's your picture after all. n_n
And it's funny that you should mention the lineart, mann. This picture has given me so much grief because of the lines. I love inking in pictures, but I use Micron pens. And I usually use size .005 or 01 for basic lineart (I think I used 05 for the 'mane' though), and then to thicken lines or for the finer details, like the bits of fur, eyes or chin stubble I use the smallest size it gets, which is .005.
Problem is, I went to work lastnight to try and finish the lineart, and both of my .005 pens went dry. come to find out my 01 pen exploded in the car. xD
So i'ma have to hop off to the store and get me some more so I can finish this! I was so mad at my pens lastnight, haha.

Oh man, I'm so glad you remembered that his lips and tongue were bear-like. Most people don't pay attention to those kind of nuances. I have a list of all the relevant animal anatomy in one of the links I provided on my profile page, but I don't know if anyone would read that painful list, which is understandable.

I'm not usually great at remembering things, either. but I am pretty anal about getting someone else's character right.. Or at least looking okay. xD For some reason the bear details just stuck in my head.. Maybe because I love bears so much anyway, who knows, haha.

With the mane, I used 05 which is fairly thick, but I had to reline both edges due to ink bleeding. Not complaining though, Because reinking allowed me to thicken parts and make it look better.
I htink I've used a sharpie pen before! Maybe I should invest in one of those, too. ^^

It's more than nice, it's perfect. I used to draw Malky like that A LOT. Only recently he's been cheery because I've been cheery.
