Is the title of Grand Moff specially chosen?

Certainly there are tactical aspirations, but in actuality Shio would always be a support to a lead. Individually cunning and strategic, but lacking in overall Imperial vision. A Grand Moff of an outer system with pursuits on scientific and technological research endeavours presumably. There remains extensive story telling there that I should work on. I haven't written Star Wars fanfic for years. :D
