The commissioner's Sergal is an engineer and working on mechanical devices. And he prefers making his character more lore-friendly, so I provided the below concept for a "lore-friendly Sergal engineer";
As the official lore mentioned, the overall ability and racial nature of Sergals are actually not very appropriate to achieve occupations that require skills of building things, working on mechanical devices, and engineering. However, some of them still prefer to work in these fields if not a level of Agudners and Nevreans. These Sergals can work as an assistant in these jobs while supplementally supporting these other races who are the core workers in their workplace. Due to this, Pin the Sergal is working in his workplace where Agudners are the majority of workers, and he usually works to help his Agudner colleagues as an assistant. He owns tools designed for Sergals usage and be partly involved in some duties. "A Guide for Sergal Employee" that he has in the right shot, also suggests Sergal workers are rather a minority in this workplace. Also, because of Sergals' easy-going and optimistic mindset, the bottom middle shot implies that he sometimes does a bodge job a little bit... XD
A more small tip for something fun to know, the Chibi Pin in the upper right, it's a reference of "Genba Neko", a popular meme in Japan!
