The anatomy on this one is funny. (4 fingers, 3 toes??; all of which are drawn strange.)
On occasion I like to draw BIG HEADS and squished proportions. It's fun indulgence to the inner cartoonist.
Something quick(er)/silly I did to test working with digital art again after not having access to my personal computer for a couple of months.
COLORS. I still cannot figure out how to do colors. ):
This is fanart/a gift for
capribebe, because I've been enjoying her work and style immensely. :)
And also because this character, he is so ~fabulous~, I can't even.
I haven't drawn fanart/giftart that's not to a personal friend in forever. I used to do it a lot the first years I was online.
If anyone's interested, I'm thinking of offering 1-2 commissions in this style. Painted, full body with exaggerated/simplified proportions like this. You get a high res file. (You could print and cut it out to use as a badge if you want.)
I'm thinking... $35-40 depending on complexity of the character?
