As Mysha got further into her new diet and physical fitness regimen her body began to change, as one would expect. She finally managed to shed that belly fat she accumulated when she was an alcoholic replaced with firm flat abs, her arms started to get some noticeable muscle. Her figure which had always been a bit of a bean pole outside of her breasts filled out now that she was getting the proper calorie intake and nutrition.
She was in the best physical condition she had ever been in and it was having a positive effect on her, she actually LIKED to see herself in the mirror now.
