Catching up the gallery a little bit, had a productive end of the year with drawing and will have a lot of new stuff coming this year! Starting off is another character design set with outfitting, for a new beaver character - Penny Paige. I'm really pleased with how she turned out and hope you like her too! ^<^

Penelope Paige ('Penny' please!) is an amateur photographer and aspiring film-maker--though she spends most of her time at her day job swimming through spreadsheets and squaring accounts instead of staging snapshots and setting up storyboards. Before she could go chasing adventures with her camera, it made plenty of sense for the Paige family to push Penny into accounting for The Business--partly so her brothers could focus on the actual manufacturing rather than boring book-keeping. Thus, Penny is a CPA, NBA and licensed notary. Yaaaay...

Needless to say, Penny is ever eager for a chance to go off on escapades from urban exploration to dabbling in pursuits of 'paranormal' investigation when not trying to work on a portfolio or piece together documentary footage--the family business be dammed. Penny may be a consummate pencil-pusher and number cruncher, but this dorky beaver is a big-hearted dreamer who isn't afraid to get her feet wet.
