Raiki always seems to like planning troubles, and Syoul's usually the one to fix em. Syoul does really get annoyed with it. However as much as he tries to do the appropriate punishment for him, Raiki manages to be almost always a step ahead.

Unlike Tobii's ability to see the future, Raiki has control over which visions he wants to see. Though those visions may not last that long or Raiki may exhaust himself a lot from seeing them. Though, other times those visions may pop up unexpectedly usually if it's of great importance. Either way, if Raiki uses it he usually has the upper-hand and Syoul usually ends up on the bad part of it when it's an unimportant moment.
