This is where I got the idea for Phoru. He is a Tiefling warlock that got into a pact with the fathomless. A perk of said pact is that it turned him into an aquatic dragon wolf thing that is super good at water magic. He is a pretty quiet guy that likes to keep to himself most of the time.... Unless you can get him drunk, then he is super sociable.
