This is a unique gothic / sweet lolita top-hat handmade by me.
Made of royal blue fabric with gold accent threads. The fabric has a beautiful but subtle pattern.
There are a number of fabric flowers arranged as decorations on the brim.
It has a layer of lace fixed underneath the brim as a decorations.
It also has an elastic band fixed to it to hold it to your head. ^///u///^
It's approx. 3.5 inches in height, and approx. 5.5 inches in diameter.
Victoria would make a fantastic addition to any lolita wardrobe!
