Concept art of an older (rather edgy) OC I had, thinking of reviving this one as an ideological adversary to The Rapper.

Darius would only rescue people in unfair situations (victims of surprise attacks, armed vs unarmed) but not intervene in 'fair disputes' as he believes this allows natural selection to dictate who lives and who dies, strengthening the people.

He's also contemplating genocide of the Saurians because they allegedly have it worst (long but sickly, cold, lonely lives) and that would end the weak species' suffering.
Guess he's currently in a period of probation, to see if Saurians have a future in this harsh world.

Though in his own mind he's just ensuring the strong survive and ending the suffering of the weak, Darius has a somewhat twisted understanding of natural selection and I think most would probably see him as more of a villain. At the least I think he'd deserve to get caught by Rapper and after being tightly bound subject to a several hour long lecture delivered entirely in Rapper's most annoying rhymes.
