It looks like Hiroyuki finds himself discovering just how much power a little bit of Arceus abilities can afford em during a midnight sketching session. Im sure the boy can figure out how to get himself back to normal sooner or later, the city dewllers might have to get accustomed to a massive snowy colored furry sky until then.
Took me a while to get colors I was happy with for this one, but it was well worth the effort. A very fun piece for a very kind comissioner.~
