Such a cute boy !
It remembers me of a scene in the Disney movie Tarzan, where Kala holds him with her foot after she sniffed his diaper.
When you think about it, the position is pretty well depicted, even without a surface for him to lay upon.
Plus, judging by the way he's looking, it's most likely that someone is behind him ready to check his diaper.
And given the little pup expression, it's most likely that is diaper seems full. Full of what ?
