All joking aside, this is Ballora Maggus, Mother of Bre Maggus, and the so called "Queen of the Underneath". What's the underneath you may ask? Well, imagine silent hill, but it's visited to when you die, and can look like either familiar the world her species live in (like it's a sorta replicate to it and people don't even know it) called the "Replicate Underneath" or a foggy and hellish place called the "True Underneath", dependent on if you're innocent, guilty or a child (children who die at a young age experience the replicate underneath). She created the underneath using her magically gem on her forehead that can also turn any object into meat, skulls, limbs or other organic things.
Although her powers can be considered evil and scary, she just wants to be a good mother to her children, and a good wife to her husband, Gathon (I'll sprite him at some point in the future). so yeah, that's Ballora.

Edit: I might retcon the Underneath to make it more layer based like Dante's inferno.
