I’m sure Yzma’s plans worked on paper. However, what she failed to likely realize is that by turning Kuzco into a girl, many of the traits he possessed would likely only make ‘her’ more interesting to the other students and people around her.
A cute, eccentric, fun-loving, and somewhat childish girl who oozes confidence and assertiveness in the things she does while having a bit of a ‘high class’ ego? I dunno, but Yzma might have caused her biggest failure yet.
