Wally Walrus is the friend of Woody Woodpecker. They're old cartoon characters... From Warner Bros, I think.

Okay, now I remember. I used to try to laugh like Woody in the first grade. He was also the first legit(as in "yes I can see the resemblence") pic I ever drew in the first grade. Awesome. ^__^
