Ah elegant as always! A perfect capture of that moment when a sudden bout of sickness catches one off guard, what starts as just a feeling of a belch turns into a sudden torrent of stomach contents and a tight belly convulsion. Masterful work in capturing such a moment, and making it so adorable!
