Semi profile shot of the project mould.

The mould is made of pine boards cut to shape and rasped,then layers of bondo fiberglass putty slapped on and filed/sanded down to shape.

Still rough; I'm leaving the surface coarse to provide "tooth" for subsequent layers to grab on and hold better.

The basic pull when done will be somewhat oversized; allowing the buyer to cut to size and shape for their own head/face.


Wish me luck-I'm a lousy sculptor and know it...
But theres been no one I could ask for help on this.
