Soooooo... I've been working on something that's been on simmer for the past year or so. I've been running my first D&D campaign for over half a year now, and I'm already wanting to run one that's specifically furry with anthro character ancestries and all that good stuff. Been trying to decide whether to run it in Pathfinder 2e (my preference if I can learn it) and D&D 5e, which is good and reliable. But I thought I'd share the map I've made for the setting. I've got none of the names yet truly solidified, but I'm pretty happy with the map itself.

Nice! Is this hand-drawn, or made using a program like Inkarnate? I'd recommend going with D&D 5e, it's the most customizable for homebrew, plus it already has more than a few furry races. Furry races are also much easier to create in D&D 5e, take for example my two homebrew races for my homebrew Vysterion Campaign, the Lupricine and the Hynde. Plus it has great digital toolsets, like D&D Beyond and 5e.tools.
Here's the map for my homebrew campaign, complete with all the lore. https://inkarnate.com/m/4VEW1Q--vysterion/

I made this map in the program Wonderdraft by Megasploot.
I do already run a campaign of D&D 5e, but it's a little more simplistic than I'd like it to be, and while I do enjoy 5e's simplicity as the DM, it would be nice to give players more customization and have a little more guidance into how to run the game economy. But yes, D&D Beyond is a fantastic resource that I use often.
