Reference sheet for Sugar the Emolga, the Flying/Electric type who, due to an unfortunate condition, cannot fly and is unable to generate electricity at will. Without the capacitor he wears his voltage will steadily rise, causing him to randomly discharge uncontrolled lightning and suffer massive headaches. He's cool with it, though!
