With Sevipers knowing Wrap as a Poke-move in combat, it's probably common for Razor to use it against anyone he attacks, especially weak prey as a setup for Poison Fang, Poison Tail, or other damaging Poke-moves to subdue them for the feast. This Buneary shouldn't have gotten close with her attacks when Razor struck, and unfortunately for her , as hard as she fought to free herself, Razor was able to eventually render herunable to resist and is now set to swallow her whole for her troubles.
