Just because Fei's constant run-ins with mortal perils and challenges seemingly designed by the universe to humiliate him doesn't mean his Godly pride as been entirely beaten out of him just yet. Still young and prone to arrogance, whatever was just said or done in front him has snapped him back to his haughty personality, and the utter arrogance of his gaze makes it clear he thinks he's better than the recipient.

Not much telling how much abuse it'll take to snap him out of his pride this time.

Fei really doesn't get as much art as he deserves to, mostly just his design is so busy it can make it somewhat costly sometimes, but it's always nice to give this idiot bird some attention with art! Sweets once again has done a beautiful job with my characters, I can't recommend her enough!
