Trancua did this pic of Dr. Slater. Dr. Slater as we've never seen her before... Clothed! Trancua apparently wanted to depict Dr. Slater's work attire. I have to say I like it. The coat and hair are great and he keeps getting better at glasses!
In case any of you were wondering she does wear normal clothing at work. The Doc. can't go around naked while working with the general public.
Meanwhile;
Papers rattled as her trembling hand held out the chart. Cassandra quaked under Dr. Slater's amused gaze.
"Thank you, Nurse Muddy-hooves." She said taking the chart from the shaken gazelle. "Now Ms. Dudek," she said looking over the results.
"Give it to me straight Doc," Impy blurted. "Is it Lupus?"
The Doctor looked up from her papers with widened eyes. "What?"
"Is it-"
"No!" She pinched the bridge of her snout. "Why would you think-"
"It's not Ebola is it?" Impy shrieked grabbing the Doctor's coat. "I'm not going to start bleeding out of my nipples am I?"
"Not without a lot of effort..."

Dr. Slater: "If it were up to me we would. Unfortunately Big Walker General is rural and drastically underfunded. Most of our insurance and billing department still has to call out to send data. Several of the computers still have floppy drives and it's always a mess after the power blinks as everyone searches for the boot disk."
I seriously need to ask this: Am I drawing her "muscular" enough? I always try to draw her fit or otherwise athletic, but you put so much emphasis on that aspect of hers, that I'm starting to question my image of her...
If you want me to, I can try to make her even bigger, taller and having a larger, bulkier and more defined musculature for next time.

Actually I leave that completely to the artist's taste. She's a lot like Oscil in that respect. Just like Oscil can be as "normal" or girly as any artist wantsm Dr. Slater can be as muscular as the artist wants. In all honesty I haven't seen anyone do a version of her I'd call wrong.
As long as she's not unrealistic in either extreme I'm happy.
