I've really been meaning to take some new photos of this one. In part because it's been an adult for a little while now and I know they don't live nearly as long as my spiders. This little mantid has honestly become one of my favorite types.

Yeah, I really didn't think they were that small. But this is an adult of this species.

Wow...usually I thought they'd be as big as the regular green one. I always thought that all mantis are that big.

I just always find it a shame that they don't live all that long.

Complete agree. I had a Bud Wing mantis for about a [year?] because I took such good care of her. She was the best. </3
