Here we have the space deity otter, Mahal, collecting and checking over some galaxies that he placed in a protective bubble. Most likely to check and see if they're doing alright, see what kind of arragments he can do to improve their lifespan, and stuff like that.
I must say, I think it's kind of ironic that in Fëanor's picture he was drawn rather plain instead of his muscular self while Mahal, who was never drawn as muscular before, is rather ripped here. XD
