Nothing against your designs and style hon.. but to me, this looks more like a sort of thing that would be made by a group of high elves for teaching young and mature, how to use a sword.. both basic and up to advanced teachings..
and (( now this is going on my ideas from LOTR's bit, how those elves, like Legolas were "delicate and beautiful in their creations and metal working and such.. ))

That's not a bad thing at all, I don't think :) While there aren't any elves in Endless Realms, the race that made these are probably as close to elvish as you get :b Immortal, wise, artistic, beautiful, elegant, steeped in mysticism/lore. I was also asked to make these guys particularly sleek, with gold/green "spring-like" colours, which definitely evokes elvish!
indeed... the sleekness said, to me, elves.. and since the only major elves I know are from the LOTR series.. and their crafts can be incredibly beautiful as well as functional ( and yes, even quite deadly).. they came to my mind first.
WONDERFUL pic sweet one.. truly grand in it's design and appearance.

Thanks! As I mentioned above, "the race that made these are probably as close to elvish as you get :b Immortal, wise, artistic, beautiful, elegant, steeped in mysticism/lore" - I can't say too much about lore and such, since I only get short art briefs and never see the final lore/descriptions, but in general this was the idea :)
My apologies that this message is so long winded.
The art and construct type being are quite amazing and flowing in appearance. Wonderful gradients and so much life in it's colors and appearance. Seeming to be an agile yet strong and calculated fighter in combat by the appearance. I get the idea that it would be skilled with swordsmanship and have a finesse and accuracy based approach.
I have a habit of making judgements and drawing conclusions on things by art, imagery, context, and information that is available. Due to this I sometimes may make a guess of a creature or character's personality and behaviours based on the previously stated pools of information.
...Immediately I just think of dnd and a type of Axiom or Warforged. With was stats they would be based around as characters... Why am I like this TvT...
However, I do have a question-- If you were to make a characrer beased from this sort of construct type creature, what would you say their personality and behaviours might be like?
Hey, thank you so much - no worries, I love big long comments!
So glad you like it! The art direction I was given was basically a fast, agile, "striker" type construct (other types I was given were magic ones and heavy-defensive ones), with blades for arms and legs. So your assessment seems quite on point! And, I mean, the concept is for a D&D-esque ttrpg, so it's not so far-fetched that it's making you wonder what it's stats might be!
For whatever reason, the first thing I thought of was "Robot" from Invincible - someone who generally comes off as polite and well-spoken in an "C3PO/Commander Data" kind of way, but is also extremely intellectually sharp and calculating. That, or perhaps a related (forgive the obscure reference) "Leon Silverburg" type character (from the Suikoden game series) - similarly calculating and strategic, but notably and frighteningly more amoral and inhuman in feel: a very "the end justifies ANY means" calculatingly cutthroat character. Not cruel or malicious, but just doesn't care so long as the goal is achieved.

So sorry for not seeing that you replied earlier.
I just kinda... Analyze the image of a character and take into account the way they are portrayed and their postures, appearance, type, and any details were given. Then I draw my conclusions off that. I have been known to sometimes do something similar when talking to people online when I start overthinking and sometimes have hit the nail on the head being able to hit the nail on the head about some parts of their personality and behaviors.
It's just something I do. I was once compared to someone from some show the person told me about with the character being along the lines of doing similar stuff. I think they said it was called "The Mentalist"?
Anyhow, as I said before it looks like it would be skilled with sportsmanship and finesse and likely charisma.
Due to this, I would assume that some would, when using them to create a character, possibly give them a sort of attitude of a rogue of sorts with a bit of a soft side and or slightly a flirty and possibly charismatic behavior about them that may shift slightly if used in something like a campaign.
Again my apologies for my tangent-like multi-paragraph analysis.
