When my LT asked me if I wanted to do Mountain Bike Training at the PD, I didn't realize I was going to fall head over heels into the sport. Now, a few wipeout and near death crashes later, I'm hooked. Despite trying to fight a tree with my head (the tree won) I always find myself waiting each winter for the start of bike season.
