I forgot if it's a specific east-European country or studio that does this but it reminds me of those dubs where they'd have the original audio (including the voices) but just dub over the footage. Like you'd faintly hear the original voices but another VA would speak over it.
Also, Heavy's accent helps mask the fact it's an AI.
