One of the more well-known buildings of Lower Diverren, the IDEA building was once known as the Diverren Metropolitan Savings and Trust Center. Built in the Art Deco period (roughly equivalent to the '20s and '30s), it provided a stark contrast to the surrounding buildings in the time. Recently, Unravel Industries bought the building (abandoned for some thirty years hence) and renovated it to house the design think-tanks of the corporation.
